Hi, well on Tuesday when I picked my daughter up from Pre-school she had a little friend with her.  It was a little blue bear named Buddy and it was her turn to bring him home for a couple of days.

Normally she isn’t hauling a particular toy or stuffed animal around, she plays with lots of toys but doesn’t have one  that is extra extra special.  Anyway, this bear didn’t leave her side.  She had it with her ALL DAY Tuesday, she played play-doh with it, she colored with it, she watched Pinocchio with it and then  she wanted to sleep with it Tuesday night!  Then when she got up on Wednesday she asked for Cheerios and  I had to serve Buddy a bowl of Cheerios (dry!) as well! And again everything she did, she had that bear with her.  We met a friend for coffee in the afternoon and sure enough, it went with us everywhere we went!

We had to write a story of sorts about what she did with Buddy while he was visiting which was easy because it did everything with her.  Sometimes you have to fudge a bit when doing stuff like that but not this time!  I thought, boy is she going to be OK when we have to take the bear back to school on Thursday?

I really shouldn’t have worried on that, she had the book we wrote the story in plus the picture of them she drew and the bear in the little bag it came home in all ready to go to school this morning.

Silly me, I have my camera with me all the time and failed to take a picture but you get the jist, little blonde girl and cute blue bear named Buddy had a high ol’ time for a couple of days at our house! and not a peep when she had to take him back to school!

Well, I am off to pick her up from school and wondering what or who she will be bringing home today!
